Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the questions we get asked by our customers

Our Products

What is Whole Supp?
Whole Supp provides nutritionally complete food for modern lifestyles. Built on transparency from farm to formulation. Whole Supp is plant based and vegan friendly. Every serving contains 5g of BCAA’s, 31g of protein, 13g of fat, 7g of fiber and over 30+ vitamins and minerals. Whole Supp is a whole-body meal, supporting health, growth and recovery through optimal nutritional values. Whole Supp is what we call “SMART FOOD”-it just makes sense!
What is the taste / texture like?
Most people don’t like meal shakes, we get it, we used to be the same. They often taste artificial and have a strange gritty texture to them. We designed Whole Supp with natural flavouring (100% cacao and vanilla bean) to prevent this. The mix of plant-based proteins also ensures a smooth texture even when you don’t use a blender. The result: all our customers rave about the taste.
What makes Whole Supp different from other meal shakes?
Most shakes contain ingredients that aren’t great for you and leave you with stomach pain/bloating. Whole Supp contains 13 incredibly powerful plant-based superfoods, all in large enough quantities to drive an impact on your energy and recovery. It’s also gluten-free and filled with prebiotics, making it easy on your stomach and easy to take just before or after your workout. An added bonus is that our customers always love the taste that isn’t overly sweet or taste like chemicals thanks to natural flavouring like 100% cacao for chocolate or vanilla bean for vanilla.
Is Whole Supp a weight loss product?
Whole Supp has not been designed as a weight loss product, however, it can be used as part of a balanced diet to support fat loss. Whole Supp enables you to easily track your calorie intake with the added bonus of keeping you satisfied between meals.
Are Whole Supp ingredients and products sustainable?
Yes, we maintain strict sustainability sourcing standards, and source our ingredients from whole foods from local suppliers wherever possible. Whole Supp is made in the UK from local and international ingredients and comply with the three core principles of sustainable products. Sustainable ingredients are produced and sourced in line with three core principles: i) they must be produced and transported in a way that limits their contribution to global warming; ii) they should protect biodiversity and ecosystems; iii) they should be produced under decent working conditions that ensure fair and sufficient compensation.
